By using HOA Solution, the Homeowners Association (HOA) authorizes and consents to the collection, processing, storage, and use of homeowners' personal information solely for legitimate HOA operations, including homeowner records, billing, online voting, facility reservations, community announcements, and other association services, in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and do not disclose or share personal data with unauthorized parties, except as required by law or with the HOA's authorization.

By signing this Agreement or using the HOA Solution platform, the HOA confirms its consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes stated herein and acknowledges that HOA Solution shall implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to ensure the security and protection of such information.
